Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Orders placed by 1pm Eastern time will be processed that day. Orders placed after 1pm Eastern time will be processed the next day.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.  For delivery questions, please check your tracking number, and if you have additional concerns email customerservice@badmedina.com.
